HOUSE RULES
Terms
The fine print behind your £20 ticket. Short, fair and in plain English.
Tickets. Every ticket admits one person to the night printed on it. Your email confirmation is your ticket — show it on your phone at the door.
Swaps & refunds. Move your tickets to another night free of charge up to 48 hours before the show. If we ever cancel, you are refunded in full automatically.
On the night. Doors 6:15 PM, show 7 PM sharp. Latecomers are seated in the interval. Phones away during the acts. Over-18s after 10 PM; under-18s welcome at the show accompanied by an adult.
Line-ups. Acts can change if someone is ill — we always replace like-for-like, and the show always goes on.
